How do I change my email address on file with the bank?

Just log in to consumer online banking and click on Profile in the upper right-hand corner of the page.  From there you can edit your email address.

I can't remember my Username for business online banking, how can I retrieve it?

You will need to call our customer support center at 1-800-789-7156 for assistance in retrieving your Username.  

I've forgotten my business online banking password, how can I reset it?

Click on the gold Account Login button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. From there, click on Forgot Password or PIN? and then enter your Username and Email address.  A new password will be emailed to you.

I've forgotten my online banking password, how can I reset it?

Just click on the gold Account Login button in the upper right-hand corner of the website, click on Personal Login, then click on Forgot Password, enter your Username, last four digits of your Social Security Number and your email address. A new password will be emailed to you.

I've forgotten my Username for online banking. How can I retrieve it?

You will need to call our customer support center at 1-800-227-7715 for assistance in retrieving your Username.  

I've moved, can I change my address online?

Yes! Just log in to online banking. In the menu, choose Address Change and follow the on screen prompts. Keep in mind that address changes may take a few days to process.

    Growing up in Hill City, SD, it was an easy transition for Todd to begin his banking career.  After graduating from the University of Wyoming, Todd worked as the County Supervisor for the USDA.  After that, he worked for 18 years as the Agricultural Department Head for 1st National Bank in Powell.  Todd joined Pinnacle Bank in 2014 as the Market President.  While tackling all of the duties of a president, Todd specializes in Agricultural and Commercial Lending.  He is actively involved with the Powell Economic Partnership as well as AWANA.

    Faron joined the Pinnacle Bank family in 2002 as Market President of the Newcastle branch.  Faron helped to expand Pinnacle’s presence in Newcastle, as well as Moorcroft and Gillette. The region of banks have built new buildings in each location and significantly grown assets.

    Faron began his banking career in 1986 with First Federal Savings Bank in Rapid City, SD. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Faron also worked for Farm Credit Services in Broken Bow, NE and First National Bank in Sturgis, SD. 

    Faron currently enjoys being a CASA advocate, helping abused and neglected children.  Faron was formerly President of the Newcastle Chamber of Commerce, President of the Newcastle Economic Development and President of the Wyoming Bankers Association.  

    Faron is a South Dakota native and grew up on a cattle ranch in Enning, SD, but has proudly called Gillette home for several years. He graduated from National College in Rapid City with a major in business. Faron was involved in rodeo for many years and still enjoys team roping. He and his wife, Johnna, have five boys and one grandchild.

    Garrett brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Pinnacle Bank.  After graduating with a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Arizona State University, Garrett came to Cody to be a Commercial Lender for Shoshone First Bank. After being a lender for 5 years there, Garrett came to Pinnacle in 2008.  Garrett helps service loans from business and commercial loans to real estate and personal loans.  He enjoys providing good customer service to all of his customers. 

    Outside of the bank, Garrett is involved with the Cody Lions Club, Buffalo Bill Art Show & Sale, and he's the President of the Cody Warriors Lacrosse Club.  You also might find him with his wife at The Thistle Gift Shop and Book Store, or supporting his son and daughter with their various youth sports activities.

    Gil was born into agriculture and growing up on a ranch in the southeast corner of Colorado helped shape his future. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Ag Business and began his career in ag and commercial lending in 1993. He would later attend and graduate from the Graduate School of Banking in Boulder, Colorado.

    Gil joined the Pinnacle Bank family in 1997 in Sterling, Colorado, and would make his way to Wyoming in 2000, working for our Torrington branch. In 2006 he accepted the Market President position at our Worland location, where he spent 17 years dedicated to helping local business owners, farmers, and ranchers attain their dreams.  In 2022 Gil relocated to Cody, taking over the helm as Regional President, where he oversees our Cody, Powell, Thermopolis and Worland branches.

    Gil’s unwavering commitment to community involvement has been a constant throughout his tenure with Pinnacle Bank.  He continues to actively fill volunteer opportunities with local non-profit organizations and is a constant contributor to and supporter of the local schools.

    He and his wife, Sarah, have three children and are grateful to be a part of the close-knit, “gateway to Yellowstone,” community.
