AI & Data Intelligence Supervisor
Job Description
- Architect, develop, and maintain data platform, including data pipelines, storage, structure, and access.
- Support the creation and maintenance of standardized datasets for business use.
- Monitor data quality and address data integrity issues
- Maintain documentation related to data definitions, lineage, and reporting processes
- Support governance and oversight of AI tools and solutions used for decision-making
- Ensure AI use aligns with company policies, regulatory expectations, and risk guidelines
- Assist in evaluating and documenting AI-related use cases and controls
- Oversee data conversions, migrations, and ensure high data quality.
- Supervise and provide direction to assigned team members, including workload management and performance oversight
- Work with internal departments to understand data and reporting needs
- Coordinate with Business Automation and 365 Operations teams to ensure alignment and proper ownership of requests
- Participate in intake, prioritization, and tracking of data-related requests
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Communicate effectively in-person and otherwise with all coworkers and customers, both during regular business hours and before and after regular business hours, if necessary.
- Effective communication and collaboration are essential for this role. While remote work may be available periodically, there are times when being in the office is necessary to maintain our collaborative efforts. Therefore, this position cannot be primarily performed remotely.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Snowflake.
- Knowledge of data governance, reporting processes, and data quality practices.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex projects.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to document processes and maintain organized records.
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data, reporting, or analytics roles.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Experience working with databases, SQL and Snowflake.
- Experience with AI or automated decision tools.
- Experience in a financial institution preferred.
