Jaime Gatlin

Jaime has proudly called Gillette home since 2011 and joined Pinnacle Bank in 2021, bringing with her a strong passion for helping Wyoming businesses thrive. As a Treasury Management Officer, Jaime works closely with local business owners to understand their day-to-day operations and deliver practical cash management solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen financial controls, prevent fraud and support long-term growth. She is committed to building trusted relationships and helping businesses navigate their financial needs with confidence, clarity, and personalized service.

Jaime's dedication to the business community extends beyond the bank. She is an active volunteer and advocate for the Campbell County Chamber of Commerce, serving as an Ambassador and a member of the Executive Committee. Her leadership and service were recognized in 2025, when she was named Volunteer of the Year by the State of Wyoming Chamber of Commerce. Jaime is also a graduate of the Gillette Area Leadership Institute, further reflecting her commitment to strong, local leadership and community development.

Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves camping at the lake and traveling with her husband and two children, making the most of Wyoming's outdoor lifestyle.
