Josey Bailey

Josey is a proud, fifth-generation Wyoming native. She is a dedicated professional with a robust educational background and passion for agriculture and outdoor activities. Josey earned a bachelor's degree in Animal Science from the University of Wyoming and associate degrees in General Agriculture, Animal Science, and Agricultural Business from Northeastern Junior College (Sterling, CO) and Casper College. Josey joined the Pinnacle Bank family in 2021. After her impactful contributions to the Cheyenne market, she transitioned to Cody and the Treasury Department in 2024. Beyond her professional pursuits, Josey enjoys horse shows, stock shows and rodeos, playing golf, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Josey has also actively served the Wyoming Quarter Horse Association and the Center of the Nation Quarter Horse Association in various capacities over the years, significantly contributing to both the community and the industry.
