With a background deeply rooted in customer service, she has traversed various roles, from managing retail operations to owning a small business. Her journey in banking began in 1999 as a Loan Processor, marking the inception of her career in the financial sector. Kristi became part of the Pinnacle Bank family in 2012, where she diligently processed loans across multiple charters for several years. Kristi's customer-centric focus, experience, and unwavering determination ultimately paved the way for her to assume her current role as a Loan Officer.
